Relaxed Wedding at Frensham Hall, Surrey

Who doesn't love a wedding with an epic golden hour?!

Charlotte and Peter's vision for their wedding day was for it to be joyful, relaxed and social. They picked their wedding venue at Frensham Hall for not only the grand feel but for the huge grounds. They pictured lawn games and space for all their friends and family to have a lot of fun.

I think you can see from these pictures that their vision truly came to life. They got to start their days with their closest friends and family as they got ready and then get married at a church that means a lot to both of them. Charlotte has worked there for a while and is filled with people that have journeyed throughout her's and Peter's relationship. The church was in Portsmouth, then with snacks in hand and after a beautiful confetti tunnel, we all made our way to Frensham Hall which is nestled in the Surrey Hills. It could have everything you need for a gorgeous summer wedding. Lots of outdoor space and gorgeous Edwardian architecture that makes you feel like you're stepping into Downton Abbey.

They booked me for the entire day so I got to capture the whole day from beautiful preparation moments, tear jerking speeches, the best dancing to AB-Y band, and a classic sparkler exit. It's always so special when couples book extra hours with me to see them all the way through to their exit, but even if I can't capture your exit, we can get a sparkler tunnel going earlier in the evening just for fun because why not?

Then of course, I have to mention that golden hour! It was perfect. The setting sun aligned perfectly amongst the pampas grass allowing both me and Tom from Found Films to capture some gorgeous golden hour goodness.
