Outdoor Ceremony Brighton Wedding at Pangdean Barn

Outdoor ceremony, a ceilidh and in my beloved hometown?! Heck yeah!

Aifric and Scott's dreamt of having a relaxed boho day. The great thing about Pangdean Barn is that it gives you the option of getting married outside which is something Aifric and Scott really wanted. Obviously, they were aware the British weather can do whatever it wants to but amazingly the sun was shining on their wedding day and they had the most gorgeous and emotional wedding ceremony outside.

But the day started earlier for them, with a first look that was honestly so special to capture. There are such pros and cons to doing a first look but seeing this first hand, I really loved it. For them, it calmed their nerves and didn't diminish the impact of Aifric walking down the aisle.

The rest of the day was a lot of great food and drink. I loved the long tables with big sharing plates. It felt like a big family meal altogether. Then the speeches were the absolute sweetest and there was no dry eye in that room, including mine. Mentions of Scott's dad who had sadly passed away really touched a lot of people.

Throw in a gorgeous golden hour, app drinking game, and of course a wedding of 2 people from Scotland wouldn't be complete without a ceilidh. A truly epic day!
