Family Focused Wedding Day
Lucy and Sam pulled off such an incredible wedding that was mostly DIY! The blues and yellows in their style, flowers and decor were incredibly beautiful, especially against the rather grey sky we had in July. The day was a true celebration. Starting at the church Lucy attends in Hove, then travelling along to Plumpton Village Hall which they had transformed into their wedding venue reflecting the couple. A personal favourite was the table names were after footballers that Lucy did not know! Love little inside jokes making the day even more personalised.
I also spent most of the day swooning over Lucy's dress, which she got from Mode Bridal shop in Brighton. The lace, the detail and THAT BACK (all the hearts eyes emojis here)! It was such a great mix of elegance and rustic which was perfect for the day.
Thankfully in between periods of downpour rain, the sun shone brightly which meant we could go outside for both the couple shoot and the group shots. We were spoilt for choice at Plumpton Hall as the grounds are stunning. The rest of the day consisted of eating the most amazing food from Foodilic, moving speeches, and dancing the night away as Altarnatives band played.
